Excursions to discover Cabrera (I)
Thanks to the history of the Cabrera archipelago and the breathtaking landscapes, you have a lot of options to chose from when planning your trip.
With a series of posts we’re going to go over some possible itineraries that can be done on the island. Let’s start with three of them.
The Castle
It starts at the port with the route leading to Sa Platgeta. The route is well marked and from it we can behold the Cova des Teatre and the cemetery until arriving at the castle, which is the oldest building which is still preserved today. Self-guided itinerary.
The Lighthouse of l’Enciola
Heading up from S’Espalmador until arriving at the Coll Roig hill. After the hill, we enter into a dry landscape and then come across the lighthouse. From there, the sea becomes the main attraction. Self-guided itinerary.
Na Picamosques
Trip to the highest point in Cabrera. From the top you can see unparalleled views of the port, the lighthouse of l’Enciola and of the Cape of Llebeig. Guide needed.
If you’re organising a getaway to Cabrera spring is the best time for it, due to good temperatures. At Excursions a Cabrera we’ll be delighted to take you to this paradise so you can get to know every corner of it.
